Terms and Conditions

• Before you submit your order, you have to make sure your size is available. you can ask us by using our chat online on the bottom right hand of our website
• If you do not make any payment in 24 hours since you submitted your order, then we have the right to sell it to another customer (if you are paying by bca)
• Once you have made payment to us, we will send your goods and we'll email you the detail of your receipt number from TIKI or JNE.
• We don't have a return policy
• We do have an exchange policy which can only be used if the product size you bought is too small or too big, and you can only exchange for the same model
• If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, you can choose another model but you'll have to pay the price differences.
